It’s the first day of a new month! Do you have anything exciting planned? (I outlined my goals for August here, in case you missed it yesterday!

I spend an hour chatting with a colleague about his upcoming interview and travel plans this afternoon and am feeling very ready to make some new things happen for We the Voters in the new month. There are some moves up my sleeve that I’ll spill in good time.

BUT! For today, I wanted to share a few small businesses from around the United States who are creating wonderful, creative products. If you have a few extra dollars to spare — consider spending them in one of these spots.

[Editor’s Note]: There are loads of small businesses and creators making amazing work all over the country. I started Saturday Shoutouts to send a little love their way since I can’t visit them in person (for now!). Please consider shopping or following along with these top-notch creatives.
